Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J. - (1.) This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal case No. 1718 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No. 53 of 2015 u/s 324, 325, 308, 504 and 506 IPC P.S. Samshabad District Agra pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. Court No. 7 Agra.
