- (1.) Heard Sri Neeraj Dube learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Mahesh Narain Singh who has accepted notice on behalf of the Land Management Committee, respondent no. 3.
(2.) This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of stay the order dated 08.06.2015 passed by respondent no. 1. (ii) issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
