- (1.) By means of present petition, the petitioner prays for following reliefs; (i)Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 17.03.20015 passed by respondent no.5 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition). (ii)Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the complaint made by the petitioner before them, accordance with law within span of time.
(2.) Briefly stated the facts giving rise to the present writ petition are that:

The petitioner, an elected member and resident of Kshetra Panchayat, Ahirauli Baghel, District Deoria, after receiving an information on 16.03.2011 through respondent no.5 came to know that Gata No.1523(M) area about 0.130 hectare is recorded in revenue record as play ground in the name of Sangram Singh Uchchater Madhyamik Vidayalaya, Ahirauli Baghel, Deoria. Veer Bahadur Singh Memorial Girls Purva Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Ahirauli Baghel, Deoria (hereinafter referred to as the 'Institution') had no land of own. Since December, 2006 the salary of teachers and other officials is being paid under Salary Distribution Act, 1978 showing the Institution as grant-in-aid. The Principal and Management of the Institution in collusion also prepared forged and fictitious papers for recognition as well as grant-in-aid in favour of the aforesaid Institution. The Principal of the aforesaid Institution, Smt. Suveena Singh had obtained payment of salary from two schools. She was appointed as Assistant Teacher in Institution on 10.12.2003 by Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Deoria. She after concealing her appointment, participated in Visist B.T.C. training with effect from 01.08.2004 to 30.06.2005 and received salary for period with effect from 30.12.2005 to 31.12.2006 from Kanya Prathmik Pathshala, Ahirauli Baghel, Deoria. Although in aforesaid period, she was working as Assistant Teacher in the aforesaid Institution.;
