- (1.) We have heard Sri M.N.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
(2.) The dispute relates to plot no. 425 situate in village Chaurasi, Tehsil Sadar, District Jalaun (hereinafter referred to as the 'plot in dispute'). Total area of the said plot is 3.70 acres. The dispute in the present writ petition is confined only in respect of an area 1.45 acre of the said plot.
