(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks quashing of the proceedings of Complaint Case No.1523/2012; the order dated 22.7.2013 & 30.5.2012 by Addl. Sessions Judge (Court No.17), Meerut in Criminal Revision No.400/2013, summoning the applicants under Sections 354/341/342/392/506/509/34 IPC.
