Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J. - (1.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of entire proceeding in Complaint Case No.1308 of 2012 (Santosh Kumar v. Smt. Riya Lavaniya) , under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Rasoolpur, District Firozabad pending in the court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad.
