- (1.) Heard Sri Dinesh Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri B.N. Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 6.

(3.) Sri Dinesh Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the material averments contained in the writ petition as regards his grievances on factual aspects having not been specifically controverted in the counter affidavit, he does not propose to file any rejoinder affidavit.;
