- (1.) Heard Sri D.P. Tripathi, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Krishna Kumar Tripathi, for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
(2.) The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to grant him seniority and other service benefit w.e.f. 24.07.2003 the date on which juniors to him were given the said benefits. This writ petition has been filed in the year 2015 is therefore bared by laches by 12 years.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been sending repeated representations but no order has been passed.;
