S.K.Singh, J. - (1.) As the pleadings are complete, as requested by the learned Counsel, matter is being finally decided.

(3.) Challenge in this petition is the judgment of the Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 30.9.1997 by which petitioners restoration application has been rejected and judgment dated 24.2.1997 by which two revisions Nos. 3266 and 3082 filed by the opposite, parties have been allowed.;
