S.K. Singh, J. - (1.) Challenge in this petition is the judgment of Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 27.51992 and that of the appellate authority dated 29.5:1989 by which revision filed by petitioner has been dismissed and the appeal filed by opposite party was allowed.
(2.) After hearing learned Counsel for the parties there appears to be no dispute about the facts and therefore, brief narration will suffice to dispose of the writ petition.
(3.) Claim of parties is in respect to their respective claim share in the property in dispute. Before the Consolidation Officer, it appears that a compromise came on the basis of which passing of order was prayed but that was not accepted) and the claim of opposite party was rejected. Appeal filed by opposite party was allowed and the matter was remanded back to the Consolidation Officer but no direction has been given in that order. Revision filed by petitioner failed.;
