JUDGEMENT
S.K.Singh, J. -
(1.) By means of this writ petition petitioners have challenged the judgment of the Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 1.2.2003 by which, revision filed by the opposite party has been allowed.
(2.) Sri A.N. Srivastava and Sri Ashok Kumar, learned Advocates appearing on behalf of respondents No. 3 to 7 have been heard and learned Counsel for the petitioners has been heard in support of this petition. Notices meant for respondents No. 9 to 19 will be deemed to have been served in view of office report. Pleadings are complete and therefore, as requested by learned Counsel for the parties, this writ petition is being heard and finally decided.
(3.) The proceedings are under section 20 of U.P.C.H. Act which relates to allotment of chak between the parties. Needless to say that both parties can never be satisfied and it is not possible to satisfy both parties in its entirety and therefore, the concern of the Court should be that whether the petitioner has suffered any prejudice calling for interference or not.;
