S.K. Singh, J. - (1.) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel who appeared for private respondents.
(2.) Challenge in this petition is the judgment of Deputy Director of Consolidation dated 31.3.2005 by which revision filed by opposite party was allowed.
(3.) After hearing learned Counsel there appears to be no dispute about certain facts and therefore by brief narration of the facts, writ petition can be conveniently disposed of.;
