(2.) By consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
(3.) By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.11.2005 passed by Additional Commissioner (Consolidation), Lucknow rejecting the transfer application filed by the petitioner.;
