- (1.) Counter affidavit reveals that amount was sanctioned in the year 2011 and necessary budget allocation was made, in spite of which the amount has not been released.
(2.) Let Chief Engineer (Gandak), Sichai Vibhag, U.P. Gorakhpur-Respondent No.3 be present along with bank draft of the admitted amount plus interest calculated @ 8% per annum from the date of the presentation of the bills.;
