(2.) BOTH these writ petitions challenge the petitioner's non -selection in the MBBS/ BDS course 2014 as such same are being decided by common order.
(3.) NOTICE was issued to private respondents. Service was sought to be affected through special messenger by the Court upon Priya Srivastava and Dileep yadav. According to service report Dilip Yadav was not available and notice was received by sister of Priyanka Srivastava. Petitioner's case is that he appeared in U.P.C.P.M.T. 2014 as a dependent of Freedom Fighter against the seats reserved for OBC. Counselling for admission was to commence from 02.8.2014;
