Ran Vijai Singh, J. - (1.) Heard Sri B.R.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
(2.) This writ petition has been filed for issuing a writ of certiorari quashing the orders dated 28.4.2012 passed by the Additional Judge Small Causes Court Meerut in SCC No. 128/03 (Hindi Bhawan v. Jitendra Kumar) and judgment and order dated 21.5.2014 passed by the Additional District Judge/Small Causes Court, Court No. 11, Meerut, in SCC Revision No. 21 of 2012 (Pankaj Jain v. Hindi Bhawan Samiti, Patel Nagar, Meerut) .
(3.) Vide order dated 28.4.2014, application filed by the defendant no. 1/3 for summoning plaintiff's witness no. 1 Dinesh Chand Jain for cross-examination was rejected. Whereas by the subsequent order dated 21.5.2014, revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.;
