Rajiv Sharma, Mahendra Dayal, JJ. - (1.) After hearing the counsel for the parties, Special Appeal No. 300 of 2005 was dismissed vide judgment and order dated 3.7.2014. Now the review applicants have preferred the instant review application, seeking review of the judgment and order dated 3.7.2014.

(3.) Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey, counsel for the review applicants submits that while passing the judgment under review, some vital aspects of the matter has been left out to be considered.;
