- (1.) Heard Sri R.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri B.C. Naik Advocate for respondents.
(2.) All these three writ petitions are connected having arisen from the same Original Suit No. 36 of 1998 and, therefore, as agreed by learned counsel for the parties have been heard together and are being decided by this common judgment.
