(2.) THIS appeal challenges the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 21.8.1995 by which Writ Petition No. 8480 of 1987 filed by the appellant has been dismissed.
(3.) WRIT petition was directed against the order of the District Inspect of Schools dated 12.2.1987 refusing to approve the appointment of the writ petitioner in C.T. Grade and refusal to payment of salary. Claim of the petitioner/appellant is that on the death of Kunwarji Singh, teacher in C.T. Grade in Rajkiya Inter College District Mathura, hereinafter referred to as the Institution there was a vacancy in C.T. Grade. Kunwarji Singh died on 17.6.1984. Appellant applied for appointment on adhoc basis and he was given appointment by letter dated 11.8.1986 and appointment was made in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the U.P. Secondary Education Service and Selection Board Act, 1982. He joined on 11.8.1986 and started taking classes.;
