- (1.) Re: Civil Misc. Impleadment Application No. 249620 of 2014 Though a counter affidavit has been filed by the appellant but the learned counsel for the appellant does not have any objection to the applicant-Dayal Swarup Kulshrestha being impleaded as respondent no. 6 in this appeal.
