(3.) THE petitioner applied for BTC Training Course, 2013 under the OBC Male Arts category. As per the procedure, candidates were required to give ten options for the district of their choice for training. The petitioner exercising his option gave district Allahabad as his first choice for training. The case of the petitioner is that he secured 202.34 marks.
