- (1.) The petitioner by means of this writ petition seeks quashing of the order dated 3.11.2004 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Fatehpur, (for short, DIOS) a copy whereof has been filed as annexure - 3 to the writ petition.
(2.) I have heard Sri D.S. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K. Trivedi, who appears for respondent no. 4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
