(3.) SRI Awadh Bihari Pandey is present on behalf of the caveator whose presence is noted by us in the earlier order dated 03.03.2014. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the matter be disposed of finally at this stage itself on the basis of the original records produced by the authority and no further affidavits are required.;
