Pradeep Kant, K.S.Rakhra, JJ. - (1.) These are two writ petitions filed by Jai Prakash Singh and both of them arise of the same order of transfer and posting of respondent No. 5, Dharmendra Nath Singh, at Sharda Nagar Range, South Kheri Division, as a result of which the petitioner has been shifted from the said range allegedly for accommodating the respondent No. 5 at Sharda Nagar Range, under the exercise of political pressure and influence and not for any public purpose or any administrative exigency.
(2.) Writ Petition No. 1403 (SB) of 2003 has been filed challenging the order of transfer of respondent No. 5 to Sharda Nagar Range by means of order dated 14.10.2003 and also the order dated 23.10.2003, by means of which the petitioner has been attached to the Divisional Office, South Kheri Division.
(3.) During the pendency of the aforesaid writ petitions, another order has been passed on 27.2.2004, by means of which the petitioner was transferred to Forest Security, Siddhartha Nagar Forest Division, which order has been made the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No. 333 (SB) of 2004.;
