S.N. Srivastava, J. - (1.) Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
(2.) This writ petition is directed against the judgment dated 28.8.2003 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation allowing revision and setting aside the order dated 11.6.2003 passed by Settlement Officer Consolidation.
(3.) On perusal of the order of Settlement Officer Consolidation, it transpires that Settlement Officer Consolidation has passed order in exercise of power under section 5(l)(c) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act in respect of khasra No. 336 of khata No. 127 area 0.552 situate in village Raghunathpur, Pargana Jalalabad, Tehsil Modinagar, District Ghaziabad.;
