- (1.) Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned standing counsel for respondents.
(2.) The nine petitioners claim to be Assistant Teachers and Peons of Primary/ Basic School, Guru Nanak Khalsa, Balika Vidyalay, Varansi. Petitioners No.1 to 7 are teaching the students of the class I to V and petitioners No.8 & 9 are peons in the said primary section/ school as stated in the followings paragraphs: 11 to 22, 24, 25, 27, 31, 34, 36, 38, 39 and several other paragraphs.
(3.) In para-5 it is mentioned that the school was established in 1959. It must have been a primary school teaching from Class I to V at that time as in para-44 of the writ petition, it has been stated that recognition for junior high school was granted in 1970 and for high school in 1972 and for intermediate on 28.05.1977.;
