- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
(2.) By means of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.9.2013 by which the services of the petitioner have been terminated.
(3.) Pursuant to an advertisement the petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Grade III Accounts in OBC (NCL) Category. After written test, group discussion and personal interview, the petitioner was selected and letter of appointment dated 14.10.2009 was issued to the petitioner. He joined the post on 23.10.2009 in the Food Corporation of India.;
