Pankaj Mithal, J. - (1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Ballia to decide the Original Suit No. 272 of 2005, (Smt. Sherunisha @ Bulbul Vs. Jakir Khan and others) expeditiously.
(2.) FOR the above purpose, petitioner can make a proper application to the court concern. In case such an application is moved, the court will consider it in the light of general mandamus of a Division Bench of this Court in Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge, Jaunpur and others : (1997) 3 UPLBEC 1677 and do all that is necessary. Petition disposed of accordingly.;
