- (1.) Heard Sri Umesh Vats, counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.K. Srivastava, counsel for the respondent nos. 4 to 7.
(2.) The writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.6.2013, 16.3.2013 and 26.10.2012 passed in chak allotment proceedings.
(3.) The petitioner was proposed three chaks and all the chaks of the petitioner were on his original holdings.;
