Pankaj Mithal, J. - (1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to the respondent No. 1 i.e. Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Sikohabad, District Firozabad to decide Civil Suit No. 66 of 2010 (Chob Singh and another Vs. Sarvesh Kumar and others) expeditiously.
(2.) THIS court is not aware of the pendency of other cases before the court concerned. For the above purpose, petitioner can make a proper application to the court concern. In case such an application is moved, the court will consider it in the light of general mandamus of a Division Bench of this Court in Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge, Jaunpur and others : (1997) 3 UPLBEC 1677 and do all that is necessary for its early disposal. Petition disposed of accordingly. ;
