- (1.) Heard Sri R.K. Ojha, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Pandey in support of this appeal and Sri Rajiv Singh, learned Advocate as well as learned Standing Counsel who appeared for the respondents.
(2.) This appeal challenges the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 21.3.2013 by which writ petition filed by the appellant was dismissed.
(3.) Challenge in the writ was the order dated 5.2.2007 and 24.1.2013 passed by the Prescribed Authority in the proceedings under Section 25(1) of the Societies Registration Act.;
