Rajes Kumar, J. - (1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner, who is plaintiff, filed Original Suit No. 1180 of 2011 alongwith an application for interim relief, which is claimed to be pending.
(2.) BY means of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the application for interim relief, expeditiously. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kanpur Nagar to dispose of the application for interim relief, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order in accordance to law, in case if there is no legal impediment.;
