Ashok Bhushan, J. - (1.) Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Hemant Kumar for the heirs of respondent No. 6 who have been brought on record during the pendency of the writ petition.
(2.) By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 17.6.1975 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Basti and the order dated 19.1.1974 passed by the Assistant Consolidation Officer.
