S.K. Singh, J. - (1.) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment of Deputy Director of Consolidation, Kanpur Dehat dated 26.2.1996 by which after setting aside the order of Settlement Officer Consolidation the matter has been remitted back to the Consolidation Officer for fresh decision.
(3.) List has been revised Kunwar R.C. Singh appeared for petitioner but nobody has appeared on behalf of respondents. The mention of the facts in detail is not at all required and thus a brief in respect to the fact will suffice.;
