M. Katju and R.S. Tripathi, JJ. - (1.) Both these writ petitions are being disposed of by a common judgment.
(2.) Writ Petition No. 29721 of 1991 has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 21.10.1991 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) and for a mandamus directing the Respondent not to dispossess the Petitioner from the accommodation 14 L.I.G. Katju Nagar, Awas Yojana, Allahabad.
