- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
(2.) Petitioner has filed the petition seeking direction upon respondent no. 1 Upper Civil Judge (Junior Division), Room No. 8, Allahabad to decide Suit No. 121 of 2009 (Warish Muin Vs. Jamalur Rashid) pending before it within a stipulated period of time.
(3.) The suit is not a very old one and there are no allegations that the other side is causing unnecessary delay.;
