- (1.) This revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the order dated 13.08.2012 passed by learned Judge, Small Causes Court/Additional District Judge (Court No.7), Unnao in SCC suit no.06 of 2007, by which application filed by the revisionist/defendant for cross-examination of a witness has been rejected.
(2.) Learned counsel for the opposite party has put in appearance.
