- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing the respondents.
(2.) The petitioner, who is working as a Cooperative Inspector Grade-II/Assistant Development Officer (Cooperative), Banda, has been transferred vide order dated 27.07.2012 from Banda to Chitrakoot on administrative ground.
(3.) It is contended that he has been transferred due to jealousy and his transfer is in violation of transfer policy dated 22.03.2012.;
