This is an application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the order dated 13.01.2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Raebareli in Criminal Revision No. 59 of 2008 and order dated 17.03.2008 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-First, Raebareli in Smt. Vandana Mishra v. Arvind Kumar Mishra Criminal Misc. Case No. 748/2007, under Section 125 CrPC, P.S. Khero, District Raebareli.
(2.) Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as counsel for the Respondent No. 2 and learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondent No. 1 and perused the record.
