Sibghat Ullah Khan, J. - (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
(2.) As original counter affidavit is not available on record, hence its duplicate copy which has been supplied by the learned Standing Counsel is taken on record and treated to be original.
(3.) Trough this writ petition petitioner who retired as Head Constable from U.P. Police has prayed for quashing the order dated 29.01.2012 passed by Director General of Police, Allahabad, copy of the said order is Annexure-1 to the writ petition.;
