Sudhir Narain, Onkareshwar Bhatt, JJ. - (1.) The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus commanding respondent No. 1 to decide the suit No. 120 of 1997. Smt. Ram Sumanni v. Sri Banwari Lal and another, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rampur.
(2.) The petitioner can approach the District Judge for expeditious disposal of the suit.
(3.) In case such an application is filed before the District Judge concerned he shall summon the record and pass appropriate order within two weeks from the date of filing of the said application.;
