RAKESH TIWARI, J. - (1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner and the standing counsel and perused the records.

BY means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.6.1999, passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Kushinagar, Annexure -3 to the writ petition and the order dated 30.3.2000, passed by the Joint Director of Education, VIIth Region, Gorakhpur, Annexure -7 to the writ petition. The dispute relates to the qualification and appointment of the petitioner and respondent No. 4 to the post of Principal, which fell vacant in Janta Inter College, Ramkola, Deoria, due to retirement of Sri Uma Shankar Pandey on 30.6.1999.
