GIRDHARI LAL, J. - (1.) THIS reference has been submitted by the learned Additional Commissioner vide his order dated 28-6-91 whereby the learned Additional Commissioner has recommended for setting aside the order passed by Additional Collector dated 16- 12-88.
(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the revisionist and perused the original file. Objection has been filed against the recommendation of the learned Additional Commissioner by Sri Lalai.
(3.) IT has been argued by the learned Counsel for the revisionist that reference is proper and it should be accepted.;
