(2.)Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Ashish Pandey, learned Special Public Prosecutor (Narcotics) appearing on behalf of Union of India through video conferencing and perused the material placed on record.
(3.)By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 04 of 2021, under Sec. 8/29/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, police station N.C.B., district Lucknow, is seeking enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial.
