- (1.) Heard Sri Shyam Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel and perused the records.
(2.) Vide our order dated 8.9.2011, we had dismissed the writ petition for the reasons to be recorded later on. By this order, we are giving our reasons.
(3.) The writ petition has been filed challenging the State Public Service Tribunal's judgment and order dated 31.3.2011 passed in Claim Petition No. 1222 of 1994 (Anwar Ali Vs. State of U.P. & Others) by which the claim petition filed by the petitioner against the termination order has been dismissed.;
