(2.) THIS writ petition is under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Agra to decide Sri Guman Singh and Ors. v. Ram Prakash and Ors. Original Suit No. 941 of 1991) within the time bound period. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Agra to decide Original Suit No. 941 of 1991 (Sri Guman Singh and Ors. v. Ram Prakash and others expeditiously preferably, within a period of six months from the date of presentation of the certified copy of this order in accordance to law, if there is no legal impediment.;
