JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE hearing in respect of different villages of District Gautam Buddh Nagar, Greater NOIDA has been completed. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners challenging different notifications submitted that a large number of writ petitions in which the notifications which are impugned in the writ petitions before this Full Bench have been challenged are already pending and they were filed in earlier years and this year. We have passed orders in two writ petitions directing earlier pending writ petitions to be also put up along with the writ petitions before this Full Bench on 20.09.2011.
(2.) IN view of the above, we are of the view that learned Counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned standing counsel and the learned Counsel appearing for the NOIDA authority and Greater NOIDA authority may give list of those cases which were filed in earlier years and this year and are still pending for consideration wherein the notifications which are under scrutiny of this Full Bench have been challenged. We also direct that Joint Registrar (Listing) may also publish an appropriate notice in the cause list so that all learned Counsel may be aware about all the aforesaid cases. We are of the view that when a large number of cases, which are running in several hundreds have been connected and are listed before this Full Bench earlier writ petitions where the same notifications are under challenge may also be heard together with these cases. We have heard several learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners as well as learned standing counsel and learned Counsel appearing for the authority but in some cases No. one appeared when the cases were called out. The learned Counsel, who are present and who have made submissions stated that since in most of the cases common issues have been raised, the other learned Counsel appearing in the connected matters may not have thought it appropriate to make any separate submissions. We are of the view that the learned Counsel appearing in the connected matters may be put to notice and an appropriate notice be also pasted before the Court that those learned Counsel who do not appear when the cases which are connected are called out, if they so desire, they may submit their written submissions in the aforesaid cases.
(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the parties pray that the hearing in the Full Bench may resume on 20.09.2011.;
