Prakash Krishna, J. - (1.) IN the judgment and order dated 9.8.2011, the following corrections have been made : In paragraph 3rd of the first line of page 1, in place of name 'Kashi Nath Pandey' it should be read as 'Kashi Nath Pathak'.
(2.) IN paragraph 2nd of the first line of page 2, in place of name 'Smt. Sukhawanti', it should be read as 'Subwanti'. In paragraph 4th of second line of page 2, in place of section '21', it should be read as section '11.'
(3.) IN paragraph 5th in last two lines of page 2, in place of name 'Kashi Nath Pandey' it should be read as 'Kashi Nath Pathak'.;
