JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying for quashing the recovery citation dated 29th March, 2010 (Annexure-2 to the writ petition). Further, prayer has been made that the respondents-authorities be directed to give benefit of one-time settlement to the petitioner.
(2.) By the order dated 20th April, 2011. time was granted to Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 to obtain instructions in the matter.
Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 states that the instructions have since been received by him. Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh states that as per the instructions, the petitioner took two loans from the respondent No. 4. One loan bearing Account No. B.D. 14/10 was taken by the petitioner for business of tent house. The other loan bearing Account No. B.D. 14/11 was taken for the/dairy business.
(3.) Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh further states that as per the instructions, an amount of Rs. 82.328 are due from the petitioner as on 31st May, 2011 in respect of the aforesaid loan taken for the business of tent house.
Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh further states that as per the instructions, an amount off 1,65,590 is due from the petitioner as on 31st May, 2011 in respect of the loan taken for the dairy business.
Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh further states that citation dated 29th March, 2011 (Annexure-2 to the writ petition) has been issued in respect of the loan taken for dairy business.
Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh further states that as regards, the loan taken for the business of tent house, the petitioner may approach the respondent No. 4 for one-time settlement and such settlement may be made by making deposit of Rs. 63,010 by 30th June. 2011.
Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh further states that as regards, the loan taken for dairy business, the petitioner may approach the respondent No. 4 for one-time settlement and such settlement may be made by making deposit of Rs. 1,20,985 by 30th June, 2011.;
