- (1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
(2.) The report sent by Chief Medical Officer, Bulandshahar, is taken on record.
(3.) This Court, vide its order dated 27.1.2020, had directed to constitute a Medical Board comprising of three Senior Doctors to give its report with regard to the actual height of the petitioner.;
